Charmaine Michelle is the bandleader and trumpet player of the group. Ms. Michelle is from Northern Virginia and is the proud mother of two. Her favorite trumpeters included Roy Hargove, Nat Adderly, Blue Mitchell and Miles Davis. She is an avid reader who loves sports.

Michael Gary II is the musical director and the guitarist of the group. He is a student of Peabody Conservatory where he studies with Paul Bollenback. Michael is also an ordained minister of music at his local church.

Ben Merliss is the bass player in the group. He attends Peabody Conservatory where he studies with former Freddie Hubbard and Charles Mingus Big Band bassist, Mike Formanek. Ben has performed with critically acclaimed musicians as Stefon Harris, Mike Clark and Steve Wilson.
